Originally planned to spend the night at Khao San Road, but ended up in an obscure bar in Rambuttri Road where I met these (001→004) amazing people who made the night extra fun!
Thank you PK, Pawin, Big, First, and Nut âŖī¸
They invited me to go to another bar hidden in an alleyway nearby. Inside there was a live band playing and a lot of people just dancing and singing!
We stayed in the bar until closing time. We went outside to grab food after!
March 5, 2019. Still woozy from that unexpectedly fun night, I had to catch the train to Ayutthaya a few hours after. I stood for the most part of the trip because all seats were taken, and that pretty much helped me prep up for the day.
So cute to see these dogs sleeping under the sun, lying on shallow holes which I suppose they dug for themselves.
This is the facade of the train station at Ayutthaya. I remember taking this photo after I ate which I think is the best pad thai I have ever tasted.
March 6, 2019. Train station at Hua Hin! Unlike the trip to Ayutthaya, the train going to Hua Hin had aircon and I got to sit comfortably throughout the trip. Plus, there was free breakfast and lunch! Little did I know while taking this photo that I left my wallet in the train...
Thankfully, the officers at the train station were very assistive and immediately contacted the train and confirmed that my wallet was still there! ;_; They then told me to come back in the afternoon when the train stops by again at the station.
This was in front of the hostel where I stayed at in Hua Hin. The streets of Hua Hin reminded me of what streets back home looked like when I was a child.
This was in Monsoon Valley, a vineyard in Hua Hin.
They toured me around the vineyard. This was a fun experience!
This was me tasting wine after the tour, pretending I'm some sort of connoiseur haha! After the wine tasting, I had steak for lunch and it was suuuuuper delicious.
This and the next image were taken in the restroom. I was already tipsy by then.
